职位描述
Objective:Lead suppliers and internal SBM to drive the PCH supply base cost competitiveness, meet the annual corporate cost reduction target and directly dialogue with customer for cost issues/ or challenges as needed.
Responsibilities:
1.Cost saving initiatives/ funnel generated
2.Annual cost saving target achieved and specified cost saving target
3.Support Supplier Management Director to define corporate cost strategy and draw out the implementation plan
4.Initiate and achieve the corporate annual cost savings target
5.Work with the supply base manager and PCH supplier base to perform the cost reduction activities/ workshop
6.Form/ facilitate a CFT (Cross Functional Team) to perform the cost reduction workshop as needed
7.Work with CTM to directly dialogue with customers on cost issues/ or challenges
Requirements:
1.Graduate or equivalent qualification in related studies.
2.10 years+ industry experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply base management & Supply Chain management
3.Very good at inter-personal skills, communication skills
4.Very proactive and self-initiative
5.Fluent speaking in both Chinese and English
6.Strong presentation skills
