Responsibilities:

1.Analysis the manufacturing process to find out the potential UPH bottleneck and or quality risk and coordinate with the team members to get problem solved early in XVT period.

2.Review production layout with IE to make sure maximum utilization the space before line setup.

3.Review industrial safety mechanism with factory, especially equipment foolproof and chemicals.

4.Ensure verified document and qualified operator applied on line.

6.Reduce the excess material and WIP on line to make the manufacturing more efficiency and smoothly and reduce the inventory cost.

7.Improve the manufacturing process (include: increase UPH/decrease labor/process foolproof).

8.Drive factory to set up IPQC system (include: check list / CAR / record form) to ensure the manufacturing quality.

9.Drive factory set up maintenance system (reactive maintain/preventive maintain/) to ensure equipment availability.

10.Conduct regularly line audit with team to make sure everything under control, no operation incompliance and machine parameter setting incompliance.

11.Drive factory to manage the workshop follow 5S method to create a favorable environment for manufacturing.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above and major in Manufacturing or IE.

2.Minimum 4 years' manufacturing management experience in relating fields in volume contract manufacturing for major OEMs.

3.Familiar with ERP/MES system.

4.Experience using CAD/Excel/Work/PowerPoint.

5.Detailed-oriented, hard working and with high integrity and can-do attitude.

6.Excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill.

7.Good Communication Skills, both English (CET-4 above) and Chinese.

8.Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with teammates.

9.Able to work effectively in a multiple project environment.

10.Able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice.
