Responsibilities:
1. Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.
2. Prepare Financial Reports including variance analysis, general accounting and interpretation of financial results from operations.
3. Develop and implement internal control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.
4. Maintain/keep financial reports in auditable condition and in compliance with statutory requirements.
5. Assist to provide financial analysis as well as solutions to senior management.
6. Monitor key performance indicators.
7. Resolution of operational issues between finance and other functional departments.
8.Training finance persons on accounting and acting as a bridge of corporate and sites

Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 years experience in finance or Financial Analysis preferably for a manufacturing company.
2. Strong English speaking and writing abilities. Must be able to communicate with people from different countries whose native language is non-English.
3. Trustworthy with unquestionable ethics.
4. CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
5. Experience with Hyperion and QAD is a plus.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to work independently without close supervision, but a team player.
8. Ability to interact with colleagues from other functions.
