(Senior) Consultant / Partner

Job Description:
- A team leader of Shanghai office

Responsibilities:
1. Develop clients independently, manage recruitment projects from clients
2. Provide clients efficient and effective headhunting servies by sourcing, screening, assessing, and nominating suitable candidates
3. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates
4. Build, train, and supervise a team
5. Keep pace with status of talents market, extend valuable advices to clients and candidates
6. Look for new business opportunities by exploring and foreseeing advanced business information

Expectations:
1. 5 years professional headhunting or recruitment experience with foreign companies; or abundant HR / operations experience with renowned MNCs
2. Skiled in business development and clients management and maintenance
3. Proficient in candidates sourcing, assessment, and identification
4. Good at interpersonal communications; a good team player and team leader
