职位描述：
1、负责公司财务系统的建立和完善，建立健全科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系、预结算体系和财务监控审计体系，进行有效的内部控制
2、建立并完善公司财务管理的规章制度
3、负责总部及所属子分公司会计核算工作，审核总部及子分公司报表；
4、负责编制合并报表，确保合并会计报表的准确性；
5、组织编制财务分析和财务预算报告；提交财务管理工作报告；
6、管理并指导下属的工作，制定财务后备人才的培养和管理办法，打造一支优秀的专业队伍。
岗位要求：
1、会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具有中级会计师以上职称；
3、熟悉会计操作、会计核算及审计的全套流程与管理；
4、熟悉国家财经法律法规和税收政策及相关账务的处理方法；
5、有珠宝零售业从业经验、CPA资格优先考虑。
