Title: Operations Program Manager (Returns)

Location: Shenzhen, China

As an Operations Program Manager in the Kindle Returns and Services group you will be wholly responsible for the planning and management of the day to day operations of all Lab126 repair operations in the region. You will directly manage the 3^rd party suppliers and engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff within Lab126 to ensure the operation(s) are efficient, cost effective and meet all metrics. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

The Role:

The KRS Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to work on within a fast paced, highly driven group responsible for the complete reverse logistics management of the Kindle products. We are a critical part of the Kindle hardware life cycle management. We ensure successful management of the returns and repair process facilitating a positive customer experience while growing the capabilities of our current systems to meet our growing needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company.

1. Directly manage all repair operations and returns centers within region
2. Deliver operational results.
3. Work with stakeholders to define business requirements.
4. Understand current system capabilities and limitations.
5. Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems.
6. Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation.
7. Drive continuous improvement.
8. Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2. 5+ years reverse logistics operations experience.
3. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
4. 2+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution.
5. 2+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics for a hardware device company.
6. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
7. Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships.
4. Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems.
5. Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes.
