In this position we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Manager Manufacturing Operations focusing on New Product development working with our US and Asia development team and Contract Manufacturing partners to bringing these new products to market. Our chosen candidate will manage a team that are responsible for various aspects of quality, cost and delivery as we develop the products and then focus on manufacturing readiness and bringing the products into volume manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? In depth knowledge relating to managing manufacturing operations and production and working with Contract Manufacturers.
? Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.
? Establish and manage execution of operating strategies and plans
? Use statistical techniques to verify the effectiveness of solutions
? Be able to drive and participate in cross-functional teams with other organizations building strong relationships within the Amazon.
? Ensure compliance with our corporate social standards.
? Hire and develop the manufacturing team.
? Knowledgeable in lean methodology and demonstrated ability in goal setting.
? Proven experience in supporting new product development and brining a product to sustaining manufacturing.

Basic Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
? Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, master degree preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
? Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and line balancing
? Minimum ten (10) years plant or general management experience in a manufacturing environment or working with contract manufacturing partners

? High-level leadership and decision-making skills
? Ability to motivate, influence and train
? Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - both in Mandarin and English
? Ability to lead a cross-functional team towards targeted milestones and goals
? Proven track record implementing quality programs with spirit of continuous improvement.
? Ability to implement robust Corrective actions using 8D format.
