Functional Outcomes:
- As senior quality engineer to provide inputs for product design review and product specification definition.
- Quality assurance system set-up and maintenance.
- Plan the validation plan for new product or change on product.
- Draft the inspection standard for product or key part.
- Supplier audit and performance assessment.
- Monitor the production quality control and incoming material quality control in CM factories.
- Monitor the shipment inspection in CM and review the inspection report.
- Support to Material/parts approval.
- Follow up and verify the ECN implementation in CM factory.
- Arrange the product-certificating test, e.g. CE, ROHS/REACH.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

Preferred:
- Bachelor of engineering in electric field or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in quality engineering (e.g. headphone or loud speaker)
- Familiar with problem solving skill and quality tool, such as SPC/FMEA /MSA/Control plan.
- Good knowledge of ISO9001/14001.
- Familiar with RoHS/REACH control in consumer electric.
- Good at product reliability test planning and failure analysis
- Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill
- Work under high pressure
- Good in spoken and written English

Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
