Functional Outcomes:
- Maintain Purchase order with CM, and update schedule to Navision System.
- MP product production line capacity tracking based on purchase order.
- MP product production line planning based on forecast.
- Maintain Sales Order with warehouse or CM, and update schedule to Navision System.
- Manage warehouse storage, pick-and-pack, price negotiation and other request based on product’s planning.
- Deal with forwarder for DDU/DDP shipments in price negotiation, shipment arrangement, and relation maintain.
- Check invoices from CM and update to HQ
- Check invoices from warehouse and forwarders and update to HQ
- Return Product process control
- New logistics project study and flow chart setting up, such as track-and-trace project, product re-pack, accessories purchase arrangement and so on. To assist the Purchase manager, Production Manager in the stock analysis and sales order placement.

Qualifications and personal attributes:
Preferred:
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Understand the foreign culture and background, and respect the different opinions
- Be creative in process control, team management
- Experience in warehouse management, global distribution, and logistics
- Experience in team cooperation
