Functional Outcomes:
- Set up price strategy with supplier
- Negotiate price based on forecast with supplier
- Search new source based on project planning and product development request.
- Cost analysis on different materials, such as plastics, metal, speaker and so on.
- Manage new supplier approval process, including contract signing off, auditing, sample approval, and quarterly performance KPI evaluation.

Qualifications and personal attributes:
Preferred:
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Experience in sourcing, especially the parts relating to headphones
- Experience in different materials cost analysis, such as plastics, metal and so on
- Experience in team cooperation

Personal Attributes:
- Always eager to learn in the work period
- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
- Volunteer to maintain project and help team members
