Functional Outcomes:
- To make Form A or CO based on each shipment
- To assist sales order booking
- To assist ERP system data input
- To summarize weekly shipment report
- To assist web sales logistics

Qualifications and personal attributes:
Preferred:
- Good in excel, word, PPT and office software
- At least one year experience in logistics or relative experience
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Understand the foreign culture and background, and respect the different opinions
- Experience in warehouse management, global distribution, and logistics
- Experience in team cooperation

Personal Attributes:
- Always eager to learn in the work period
- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
- Volunteer to maintain project and help team members
- Modest in listening to the arguments and positive in taking actions.
