1. Primary Responsibilities:
1.1. Provide quality customer services to customers.
1.2. Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating all activities related to marketing and customer service.
1.3. Support business development on building and following up with potential customers.
1.4. Prepare and conduct presentations during customers’ meetings.
1.5. Develop, prepare and analyze reports.
1.6. Communicate with all levels of internal and external parties.
1.7. Other duties as assigned.


2. Requirements:
2.1. University degree or above in business, logistics or related disciplines
2.2. 3 years or above working experiences
2.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
2.4. Able to work in Shenzhen and China
2.5. Work requires willingness to work at a flexible schedule.
2.6. Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills and sense of responsibility
2.7. Willing to work as a team and under pressure
2.8. Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office
2.9. Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with lesser experiences may be considered for the role of Business Executive
