Main activities:

The Job will be more focus on taxation part, mainly for company, branch, and RO.
-Perform monthly / quarterly taxation filings and follow the payments: VAT (others when required), CIT, UCMT, ES, stamps Tax, handicap fund, car tax, etc. for the company/branch, and RO.
-VAT filing and invoices verification within tax bureau on a monthly basis; issue VAT invoice when required.
-Coordinate on taxation annual audits for both company and RO.
-Complete CIT annual filings.
-Organize, coordinate and supervise on High-New Tech. Enterprise audit, follow company’s qualification for High-New Tech Enterprise certificate renewal (in 2014).
-Coordinate with group and assist to formalize the Transfer Pricing Documentation required yearly by Tax bureau.
-Perform and completing VAT exemption application procedure.
-Perform yearly ‘Super Deduction’ application for CIT deduction purpose.
-Follow-up other taxation re-form or official administrative changes; keep study necessary new taxation regulation in order to archive tax amelioration and exemption.
-Based on updating taxation related policy and knowledge on tax, advise and take action on daily work operation accordingly.
-Coordinate and keep regularly & no regularly contact with local authorities for any taxation issue.
-Follow and complete regular & no regular administrative & tax liquidation procedures with tax bureaus for company, branch and RO.
-Other assistance when required.


Position requirements:
-B.S. degree or above in finance/accounting/economic.
-1+ years working experience, acknowledge on bookkeeping and familiar of taxation filling / procedure.
-Fluent in English writing and speaking.
-Familiar with office PC working skill.
-Good at cooperative internal communication skill.
