概述：处理日常船务事务；

职责：

1、根据项目提供的PACKING LIST做BOOKING向船公司或空运公司订舱，并与运输公司联络安排进出口车辆。

2、根据车辆装货、出货、清关、卸货等情况，并及时反馈给PCH和CTS的项目及关务、仓库、采购等相关部门同事。

3、完成每天的车辆追踪表，并根据关务同事提供的EDI清单，下装卸通知单给中天元要求安排装卸货物。

4、对于需要CTS清关的项目，做INVOICE给运输公司做进出口清关。

5、与FORWARDER保持密切联络，根据CTS相关部门的要求询问到达不同目的地，正确详细的空陆海云和吨车的运输报价信息并及时反馈。

任职资格；

1、大专，英文或外贸专业，掌握基本船务知识，熟练掌握船务英语，具有相关岗位工作经验1年以上，有一年以上保税区船务操作经验，一年以上ERP系统操作经验 ；

2、熟悉办公软件操作 ，吃苦耐劳,可适应加班。
