职位描述
Job responsibilities:
? Provide project development cost vs. quoted NRE analysis after project completion I.e. actual against forecast.
? Review and approve financial terms in every contract associated with the group before sign-off with the CTD, CTM and sales team.
? Ensure there is sufficient working capital by negotiating and agreeing financial terms with suppliers per project.
? Summarize project cost breakdown vs. profitability, highlight which project is losing money, which project is profitable.
? The financial controller could help to track the project inventory status/inventory liability analysis; this will help us to better control excess inventory risk.
? Project budget control, Payment term analysis, Invoice statement analysis, quotation model analysis, he/she should have very strong data analysis capability.Price Book management & circulation
? Project Budget management & escalation
? Review any capital expenditure above $1,000.
? Hub Costs monitoring & reporting
? Reconciliation works in regard to sales price adjustments and invoice cut in
? EOL reconciliation works
? End of project tooling & sampling costs reconciliation works
? Conduct internal audits
? Providing financial calculation of revenue and contribution margin for new clients and/or programs before kickoff.
? Reporting the monthly spend vs. budget and highlighting issues.
? Reporting monthly projections of revenue and contribution margin.
? Reporting NRE payments received from the client vs. NRE spend.
? Reporting PPV vs. BOM cost.
? Monitoring client PO's received vs. supply chain commits.
? Reporting inventory financial exposure for EOL/dead stock.
? Holding a monthly "state of the BG financials" review meeting to bubble-up performance against metrics.
Job requirements:
? Finance/Accounting degree;
? fully qualified CPA or working towards
? 3-5 years overseas working experiences with similar role
? Good at MS Excel/PowerPoint
? Proactive attitude/ Change management
? Good communication skills to all level
