Responsibilities
- Member of the STB QC Team to work under the STB Team
- STBQC test (Middleware & EPG)
- Participates in customer requirement reviews
- Responsible for test definition, test strategy, requirements analysis, requirements mapping.
- Defines, ensures and approves test coverage of requirements
- Responsible for the test feedback on the requirements and design
- Organizes initial planning and precisely estimates specific functionalities.
- Ensures test execution is completed within agreed timescales and estimates
- Supervises, coordinates and validates test plan/test case review
- Apply and integrate new technologies and methods to improve the quality of the existing and future systems.
- Manages employee's technical development & growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience/7 years for Tech Leader
- Hands on experience in testing domain of DTV/STB for at least 4+ years
- Experience working with requirements management tools (like DOORS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience with Quality Centre, test automation tools
