职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. To manage and lead the XMN sales team.
2. To set up sales targets in agreement with the SCN sales manager and to implement the targets with the team ensuring achievement and maximum returns.
3. To organize weekly/monthly team meetings with core focus on sales development, support and communication in a team with respective internal counterparts.
4. To aid the SCN sales manager to set sales objectives, patterns, strategies, budgets and incentive plans.
5. To actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing
activities which involves not only maintenance of existing accounts but also milking of new accounts.
6. To establish strong relationship with clients and prospects through regular sales visits.
7. To organize and lead sales and marketing activities for existing clients and new prospects.
8. To maintain a good level of sales activities (sales visits, sales lead) in line with Management’s policy.
9. To generate weekly sales reports and any ad’hoc sales report.
10 To register all sales activities in SDV sales and marketing IT portal.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales managerial/supervisory capacity in international Freight Forwarding industry.
- Energetic leadership, personality and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Pro-active, supportive, self motivated spirits, and goal oriented.
- Possess good industry contact with proven sales record.
- Knowledge of local markets, thorough understanding of shipping terms and terminology.
- Excellent Sales Knowledge and Methodology (relevant to our industry, product and market).
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills & good command of English.
- College degree or above.
