Do you want to be at the forefront of Human Resources at The LEGO Group?
This is the most exciting and engaging opportunity to develop the LEGO Group’s business in China! Being in the frontline, you will be a core builder in the LEGO Group’s Human Resource division. Take on one of the most exciting challenges in Human Resources:
? Lead and play a vital role in managing employee relations
? Become the LEGO Group’s anchor in establishing and ensuring knowledge on clear Employee Relations, and employment terms and conditions in the HR and Leadership Teams
? Be the gatekeeper in ensuring high quality support on HR Processes aligned to China’s Labour Laws and having a consistent flow throughout Asia

What we’re looking for:
? Possesses strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese to work and engage with all levels of stakeholders
? Has the ability to approach each scenario from all perspectives (from the LEGO Group as a whole and from the point of view of the employee or the leader) and be able to empathise with all sides, provided unbiased recommendations
? Possesses strong knowledge of China’s National and Local Labour Laws across different provinces, with experience in Labour Arbitration
? Confident in providing solutions
? 5+ years of HR Operations experience across various locations in China, with 3 years specifically in Labour & Employment Relationship Management
? 2+ years of experience in using HR Systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft)
? Analytical in evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws and regulations
? Possesses experience in providing resolutions in employee conduct, performance, dispute and grievance handling
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/Businesses
? Potential to travel every quarter of the year
