职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and detailed financial information and regular reporting to PC management and Porsche China
- Ensure that reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers
- Develop and maintain accurate and consistent customer database through an appropriate customer/prospect follow-up process
- Monitor and analyse current services, parts sales and KPI data to develop new approaches to increase After Sales performance
- Develop and deploy After Sales strategies together with PC management
and/or Porsche China
- Develop and implement Service Marketing tools and customer retention programs to explore new ways of business
- Do all the respective planning and budgeting that is necessary to realise the strategy
- Ensure that all set targets by PC Management/Porsche China are completely and timely achieved (e.g. stock turn, training requirement, labour sales etc.)
- Establish, build and maintain ongoing working relationships with other departments in the PC
- Identify customer needs and match those needs with Porsche products and/or service offerings
- Ensure that overall After Sales processes are in line with Porsche standards and requirements
- Secure a clean, tidy and well maintained working environment and equipment
- Develop the After Sales team utilising performance management tools including coaching, mentoring and recommending appropriate training activities
- Observe market and competitors in order to adapt the strategy if necessary
- Utilise and provide guidance for necessary Porsche tools (e.g. PET, C@P, Porsche Partner Network (PPN), New Porsche Academy site (NPA), PIWIS, KPI, Service Manual, IMS, DMS etc.)
- Manage customer feedback that includes the organisation of an efficient complaint management process according to Porsche standards
- Provide where needed internal training within dealership
- Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche / Porsche China
- Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
- Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
Requirements:
Education Level & Professional Qualification:
- University degree in relevant field of study required
Years of experience:
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as an After Sales Manager or in a similar position
- Experience in the premium automotive After Sales Business is preferred, preferably in an international environment
Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills required:
- Be a representative (“ambassador”) of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus
- Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and supervise teams
- Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
- Professional and courteous attitude
- Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
- Ability to make decisions & achieve objectives
