工作职责
1. 理解客户潜在需求，对公司销售项目进行技术方案编写、客户沟通与验证支持；
2. 参与竞标，为客户进行公司解决方案的演示和讲解；
3. 对客户提出的技术问题做出及时回馈，并给出解决方案；
4. 与售后工程师协调方案的执行；
5. 撰写IP产品技术相关领域的技术及市场白皮书；
6. 对相关销售和业务部门的产品和技术培训。

职位要求
1.通信、计算机专业，本科及以上学历；CET-6为佳；
2. 5年以上工作经验，其中至少3年以上系统集成的售前或项目管理工作经验，善于倾听，沟通能力强；
3. 精通TCP/IP协议、网络结构设计；精通各种网络设备的结构和工作原理；
4. 熟悉Cisco数据、无线、语音至少两方面的为佳；
5. 具有优秀的文档撰写能力、PPT制作能力和良好的英文口语与文字能力、能用英语与客户进行方案演示和术交流；
6. 具有Cisco、AVAYA相关技术资质者更佳。
