MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要的责任/职务/职责
？ Coordinate the product design from product idea to factory introduction
？ Complete supervision of the group including training of the group’s members
？ Ensure the design quality, time schedule and continuous cost reduction
？ Communication with other OSRAM R&D group
？ Provide monthly reports to headquarters
？ Allocate the group’s manpower to the projects
？ Standardization officer
？ Platform definition based on product roadmaps
Job Description:
1. Develop products in line with international standards and with company internal quality and performance standards and guidelines
2. Master international standards and directive for LED lamps, contributes to internal and external discussion on new editions and maintenance of the current standards
3. PMP management for subordinates
4. Support the work on cost effective solutions
5. Support PCB layout design for optimum cost and performance
6. Perform calculations and/or simulations if required
7. Assist with application tests to approve new procedures
8. Prepare product documentation and test procedures
9. Test engineering and pilot production samples
10. Support approvals at test institutions
11. Support production in case of quality or part delivery problems
12. Support production by selecting test equipment and by the correlation of measurements
13. Observe safety rules in the working environment
14. Processes control at OSRAM including other departments regarding product cycle time
15. Benchmarking on products in the market regarding technology and cost
16. Define and develop procedures, not limited to test instructions
17. Define and develop document templates, not limited to single projects
18. Research and develop new and existing technology regarding components, materials, manufacturing processes, machines and equipment
19. Support to define platforms based on roadmap requirement
Job Request:
1. 7+years’ experience in power electronics, switch mode power supplies, LED retrofit lamps, T8 tubes, etc.
2. Communication and teamwork
3. Good knowledge of English language
4. Knowledge of LED is preferred
5. Bachelor, preferably Master of Engineering in Electronics
