MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要的责任/职务/职责
l Responsible for thermal design and solution for new product development
l Cooperation with R&D engineers, OEMs, for the mockup sample and finally the end product
l Coordination of internal and external services (samples, tools)
l Investigate and benchmark state-of-the-art LED thermal solutions
l Develop advanced thermal solutions and materials
Responsibilities in detail
l Provide thermal solutions for new product development by simulation tools, like EFD and COSMOS.
l Provide heat dissipation structures like heat sink by using 3D design tools (Solidworks).
l Prepare product documentations and test procedures, and documentation in system.
l Work on cost effective thermal solutions.
l Support production in case of quality or part delivery problems
l Benchmark state-of-the-art thermal solutions and thermal materials
l Propose and conduct feasibility study of advanced thermal design and solutions
l Develop advanced technologies into product applications
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 有关经验
l At least 5 years of experience on thermal design of systems, in particular, LED products
l Familiar with thermal simulation tools like EFD and COSMOS, and 3D design tools like Solidworks
l In-depth knowledge on thermal solutions (active and passive cooling) and thermal materials and structures
l Knowledge on LED related techniques (packaging, product development processes, testing)
l Background in relevant standards (IEC, UL, FCC)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 学历
l Bachelor or above, preferably Master degree in engineering
