Job Purpose工作职能:
？ To provide pre- and after-sales technical support to Account Managers to achieve the targeted revenue.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
？ Provide pre- and after-sales technical support of office system product in network and software application
？ Take joint call with Account Managers to ensure the high quality implementation of product solution
？ Solve application and software problems raised by customer to ensure customers satisfaction
？ Maintain and develop a high level of Fuji Xerox office system product knowledge

Job Requirement 职位要求:
？ University graduate or above with majors in related subject, such as computer science, information systems, etc.
？ 2 or 3 years IT support working experience, pre-sales technical support is preferred
？ Solid knowledge of networks, Microsoft MCSE required
？ Basic knowledge background of offset and printing technology
？ Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
？ Good command of English
