-For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR) (MR) Head of Product Definition Department/产品定义部门经理-SSMR (JW).

What are my responsibilities?

- Set up and maintain an efficient working environment for MKD, i.e. foster a positive and efficient team culture, make sure that all prerequisites are given to accomplish high performance of the individuals and the team;

- Develop a deep customer understanding in order to specify the best product (feature set and cost position) for a clearly defined market segment. Identify customer features and develop feature concepts (e.g. by regular customer visits/interviews, customer workshops, competition analysis) to address the customers' needs. Make proposals for the M3 part of the MR product roadmap;

- Make sure that MKD drives and monitors the required features through the R&D projects, support other functions with customer feedback;

- Support outbound marketing during product introduction with expertise and in the required processes (e.g. on congresses, customer visits and customer events).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Strong knowledge about product definition, marketing and sales

- Experience in interacting with customers (international)

- Knowledge about usage and technology of MRI systems

- Above average presentation skills in internal and external situations

- At least 6 year experience worked in these types: product definition, marketing or sales; usage and technology of MRI systems; leading teams
