Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform supplier quality audits and management of supplier corrective action process.

2. Implement and develop mechanisms to monitor and identify supplier non-conformance trends.

3. Track supplier quality performance measurements and participate in supplier performance reviews.

4. Manage and drive continuous improvement activities focusing on supplier quality.

5. Identify and leverage best practices in relation to Supplier Quality Management.

6. Liaise with Supplier Chain to develop and execute Supplier Development Programs such as: Supplier Sourcing; Supplier Approval; Supplier Management, etc.

7. Manage Supplier Change and approval of First Articles/PPAW and development of Incoming Inspection criteria.

Job Requirements:

1. College or University graduate and major in engineering or equivalent;

2. Good on electronic engineering;

3. Strong background in interpretation of blueprints/specifications, metrology, and manufacturing process planning;

4. Good knowledge in Machining, Stamping, Welding manufacturing processes;

5. Basic Knowledge about quality tools and statistical analysis;

6. Good analytical and problem solving skills;

7. Good Knowledge in ISO QMS Requirements and application.
