Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, set up and perform tests in such areas as micro-processor based or pneumatic instrument performance qualification of complete assemblies or sub-modules.

2. Proficient with ISA test standards and Fisher test and evaluation procedures.

3. Evaluate experimental data and prepare formal engineering reports, including analysis, conclusions and recommendations.

4. Understanding on Fisher actuator and instrument operating principles and product structures. Create and implement programs to solve product technical problems during testing.

5. Interact and communicate effectively with global engineering team in Marshalltown, SGP and Bao'an.

6. Implement lab initiatives to accelerate testing.

7. Drive safety and lab procedures to ensure that laboratories operate with minimum down time.

8. Calibrate, operate and troubleshoot complete lab instrument and test systems.

9. Responsible for maintaining valves, actuators & its accessories, lab tools, equipments and instruments.

10. Co-ordinate kaizen events, 5S, lab risk assessment and yearly asset count.

11. Support shipment of products and preparation/ handling all documents (clear customs etc).

Major Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or bachelor degree holder in Automotive/Mechatronics / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related fields.

2. Ability to understand mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems.

3. Disciplined, good planning follow up skill and practical. Organize and drive initiatives.

4. Hands on experience required. Identify reason for equipment malfunction.

5. LabVIEW programming knowledge and experience is preferable.

6. Process good communication skills. Minimum basic English reading and writing.

7. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred in process control industry or test facility
