我们公司作为刚起步的新公司，作为新品牌，我们将在中国从零做起建立打造好本品牌的渠道，主要集中为淘宝天猫及网络销售，品牌零售店及药店连锁柜台。
在药店柜台的渠道建立中，首先开发深圳及广东省作为市场测试。本品牌长期的发展方向将是全中国的二线至四线城市。
我们正用起始资金起步，第二轮融资将在完成年度目标后启动。

This is a START-UP This is a NEW BRAND. We are going to create and build a brand in the USA and China starting from nothing. We are going to build our own distribution network in China focusing on T-mall and websales, Brand exclusive shops and Pharmacy Counters. For physical retail sales Initial focus will be on Shenzhen and Guangdong. Long term focus will be on 2nd to 4th tier cities all over China. We are operating on first round seed capital. 2nd round financing is already in place upon completion of milestones. GOAL is IPO in 5 years. This is High Risk venture with potential of very High Rewards.

职位要求：
1. 大学专科以上学历，公共关系、市场营销、企业管理专业优先。
2. 熟悉化妆品行业，做过渠道开发，市场推广、策划和拓展等优先考虑。
3 .有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力。
4. 善于团队合作，有很强的沟通能力。
5. 具备较强的销售意识以及客户公关能力。
6. 工作有激情，主动性强，学习能力强，考虑问题系统化。
