【Key Responsibilities（主要职责）】:
1）Data analisys to develop an effective planning of audits and supplier visits
● Based on the information from the factory (PPM DP, incoming control, statistical control on finished product,...), the criticity of the supplier (because of quality problems or because of the complexity of the components ) and the input from the Purchasing Department, the SQE has to define a plan of inspections (qualification of the supplier and of the process, process audit and surveillance audit)

2）Conduct supplier visits (Supplier qualification, Process qualification, Process audit, surveillance audit)
● Respect of the planning and of the minimum quantity of visits according to the category of supply
● Complete filling of the required reporting documentation related to the type of visit.
● Objective attribution of the result.
● Distribution of the documentation produced.
● Respect of the quality improvement plans

3）Identification and evaluation of process improvements
● The preventive and corrective actions must be effective and shall avoid the problem for which they have been implemented.

【KNOWLEDGE】:
1） Techniques with quality pratices of TQM, SPC, CPK, FMEA, Control Plan etc
2） ISO 9000 norms, QS9000/TS16949 plus
3） Microsoft Office knowledge

【SKILLS】：
1） Electronics field SQE/manufacturing / QA
2） Written and oral communication
3） good capacity of analisys (quantitative and qualitative)
4） Curiosity and proactivity in searching for alternative solutions
5） Leadership to drive the suppliers
6） Ability to take decisions

【GENERAL PROFILE】:
1） Good oral and written English is key, Trustability, Integrity and Proactivity are a must, a reasonable experience (at least 4 years) and preferably must have experience from an international company. (Experience with Six Sigma GE approach, or work experience with BSH/Elux /..)
2） Capable to do project management, (manage implementation timing etc), good communication skills matched with uncompromising attitude (... he has to be strict!)
3） The auditor must have a quite strong technical background and a technical title (engineering background), he has to be able to understand and assess technical tests, measurements etc. part of the auditing process.
4） He must be very clear about the concept of prevention and process stability (SPC/CPK) on large scale production quantities, with solid experience in this field.
5) He must have already a solid experience in this role since we need to qualify in very few months a relevant number of suppliers.
