1、及时对客户问题收集分析，与客户沟通、回复客户咨询问题，引导说服客户达成交易；
2、妥善回复客户售前、售中、售后所有环节的咨询，并进行跟踪处理，客户反馈问题统计、处理，包括退换货、维权投诉、改评等。
3.适量参与店铺营销活动的策划和执行。
4.在淘宝各社区、帮派、掌柜说等平台发帖回帖，炒作活动商品，在淘宝站外的其他网络平台进行简单的营销推广，为店铺引进免费流量。
任职要求
1、有销售网站或淘宝商城、拍拍商城客服工作经验，熟悉淘宝后台基本操作流程。
2、具有良好的人际沟通能力，性格温和，脾气好，了解网络买家消费习惯和心理，善于通过即时交流平台（如旺旺、QQ）、电话等和客户沟通交流。
3、对淘宝推广资源和平台的操作有一定的了解，对网络推广如SEO、EDM、SNS、博客、论坛推广等有一定的了解
4、计算机操作熟练，打字速度快，了解并认同淘宝工作环境，能承受一定的工作压力。
5、思维敏捷，责任感强、进取心强，普通话标准，较强的团队合作意识，服从工作安排。
