POSITION OVERVIEW:
Key critical role within the full service centre with accountability of analyzing customer production requirement and updating customer on the back order status to ensure customer is fully updated on the latest situation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Responsible for analyzing weekly customer production requirement.
? Responsible for updating customer production change requirement within Future System to optimize inventory planning as well as advising customer on any potential supply changes that may affect their production schedule.
? Elevate any potential delivery shortfall to respective sales personnel for awareness and communication
? Elevate reoccurring delivery shortfall to team management for issue resolution

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
? Degree or Diploma in supply chain / asset management
? Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related areas
? Must be proficient in Excel with programming knowledge and macro know how

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge Skills & Attitudes)
? Good knowledge on supply chain planning or asset planning
? Excellent analytical skill to identify potential supply short fall that may impact customer production planning
? Ability to develop and troubleshoot macro programming that enhance analytical proficiency and productivity
? Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and able to work on tight deadlines, and handle stress well.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills, and service-oriented with a high-level of initiative and drive.
? Resourceful and analytical with self-confidence.
? Excellent language capability in English and Chinese
? Ability to work across multicultural environment and comfortable in matrix organization
