Main Job Function：
To take charge of tank preparation; service quality & work efficiency. The entire depot operation in compliance with in-house OHSE & corporate policy, industrial practice & authorities regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities：
1. To improve the operational system & processes of the day-to-day tank preparation & delivery including the flow of document/ information among the management & staff/ workers.
2. To manage individual section teams optimizing utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities & other resources.
3. To play significant role in planning & gearing towards operational excellence with constant review on service quality improvement; workplace HSE enhancement.
4. To fully responsible for regular inspection, testing, service & maintenance program for tools, machinery, facilities & buildings complying to corporate & regulatory requirements.
5. To identify root causes on performance/ service failure, incidents & near misses. To resolve operational hiccups.
6. To execute in-house OHSE management system & police workplace HSE observation.
7. To assess, monitor & review workers’ job competency & depot machinery/ facilities adequacy. Recommend appropriate upgrading to meet the growing demand in supporting STC/ customers’ business.
8. To coach & counsel workers on behavior/ attitude/ performance/ code of conduct related matters.
9. To activate emergency response & equip depot/ personnel emergency preparedness in the depot & on-site where urgent response & recovery is needed.
10. To undertake responsibility to manage the depot in the absence of the depot manager.

Qualifications：
- Education
Tertiary
Industrial Safety Certificate
Basic First Aid Certificate

- Experience
Minimum 1 years working experience in chemical or production plant

Communicate well in English & Chinese (spoken & written)
