ASSIGNMENT
? Hardware and software purchase & maintenance
? Ensure all IT purchases follow the IKEA standard and guidelines
? Ensure the control of hardware and software costs
? Maintenance of hardware checklist
Daily support
? To secure IKEA computer system
? Maintenance of IT accessories, such as printer,video conference and etc
? Maintenance of IT local solutions
Infrastructure Maintenance
? To secure IKEA computer room
? To secure IKEA network
? Optimize IKEA infrastructure
IT communication
? Ensure the Build-up of knowledge tools
? Give appropriate education to all co-workers where necessary
? Manage Interactive IT related communication with business unit
IT project
? Provide basic support of IT project
? Have competence to provide local solutions under the business goal


COMPETENCE:
? Knowledge and previous experience
? Previous experience in a IT role with proven analytical and numerical skills
? General understanding of all application used within IKEA store,their interactivity and whom the responsible matrix partners are for each
? Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English-verbal and written
? High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications-especially excel
Skills
? Able to form strong working relationships with all levels of management
? Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
