Responsibilities:

1. Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of the plant to achieve the

2. short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall

3. corporate business plan.

4. Direct and manage a cross functional team including operations,

5. engineering , quality, PC&L and sales, and manage plant performance

6. improvements based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements

7. Ensure optimum daily productivity goals are met within customer and

8. company deadlines for sales, on-time delivery, and quality,

9. Maintain and encourage of proper communication with customers,

10. suppliers and community officials, always guarantee that the company is

11. represented in a positive/professional manner.

12. Work closely with marketing and engineering department to evaluate and

13. promote improved and expanded products, quality and services, and to

14. develop new business.

15. Drive continuous improvement in the daily plant operations, reduce waste

16. and eliminate non value- added operations

17. Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in

18. training and development, performance, and career planning.

19. Identify strategic priorities and develop the capital budget and plan expense

20. Implement and monitor manufacturing safety, procedures and training

21. programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements

1. 20+ years of manufacturing background in automotive industry,

2. familiar with plant operation.

3. Have overseas study/working background, preferably in United States

4. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, complex projects and

5. changing priorities, make sound decisions and work effectively

6. Good knowledge of international business organization

7. Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

8. Strong leadership &management skills
