Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1.Oversee manufacturing factories for OEM and ODM products development that includes Zigbee and RFID technologies, along with NFC Communication.
2.Interfacing with direct online access with device and factories.
3.Provide testing results of UUT and watching quality control for the product.
4.Oversee design of ICT fixtures to make sure all units are being tested thoroughly.
5.To liaise and resolve issues with the factory.
6.Will work from home and in the factory in Baoshan District when necessary; consult directly with clients and follow up with Shanghai Head Office.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering.
2.Minimum 5 years solid experience in design and development of high quality electronic products with one or more specializations in Zigbee and RFID Technologies, WiFi, base station, mobile phone,GPS, etc.
3.Knowledge on LTE – TDD or FDD, and antenna requirements, is a plus.
4.Needs to have knowledge on 3GPP standards and IEEE802.11 and IEEE802.15 and using Cloud Software.
5.Enthusiastic and hands-on in the development of design competencies and latest technologies. Able to test RF circuits and perform debugging, and provide expertise on optimum RF components selection, placement and routing.
6.Able to use test equipment such as Agilent 8960 or CMW500, spectrum analyser, RF related hardware and software tools.
7.Able to work effectively in a team of design engineers in electronics, PCB layout, mechanical engineering, firmware, industrial engineering, production engineering, design quality assurance.
8.Good command of both spoken and written English. Able to communicate with foreign and local customers/suppliers/laboratories directly.
9.Able to communicate with colleagues in spoken Mandarin.
