working place： Shenzhen China Merchants Logistics warehouse


Job description:
1. To coordinate with the warehouse operator, shipper and back office staff in order to smoothen the warehouse operation
2. To supervise the warehouse daily operation and the cargo condition. Focus on the N&C management, visible management etc.
3. To conduct logistics inspection per customer's request and make up inspection report and Communicate with customer QA via email for any inspection issue
4. TCR handling and follow up including daily/weekly/monthly report
5. To assistant warehouse supervisor to manage the warehouse for the below but not limited these points such as safety, security, quality, packaging etc.
6. To assistant warehouse supervisor to manage the warehouse well for the below but not limited aspects such as efficiency, accuracy etc.
7. To assist warehouse supervisor to assure the inventory accuracy by monitor the cycle count and stocktaking process and do random check and form the report
8. SOP implementation(Review the SOP regularly and assure the operation is matched with our SOP, or need to update the SOP timely when the situation is changed)



Professional Skills:
1. Above 2 years working experience in logistics/consolidation/warehouse industry
2. With analysis/communication/presentation skill
3. Having common logistics/warehouse/VAS sense/skill is preferred,
4. High sense of service, strong team work spirit and strong bearing of pressure
5.Good English in both oral and written , CET-4 or above is preferred.
