Job Requirements:
1. Receive order details from the customer, check terms and technical specification information for completeness and follow Company procedures to record order specifications in DEK order processing systems.

2. Liaise with customers; raise proforma invoices or other documents required against approved contract.

3. Liaise with shipping department to ensure that the customer is kept informed of any changes to delivery dates & provide all necessary invoice/pack list/shipping documents as required.

4. Answer customer enquiries on product range, price and availability. Refer to other company personnel if appropriate (i.e. technical engineers/sales, field engineers/sales, managers).

5. Ensure discount authority matrix is current and ensure sales/CSG staff are aware of it and adhere to it appropriately.

6. Coordinate with different departments, the operations, engineering, finance, etc., in resolving all order-related problems.

7. From time to time undertake other general administrative duties as requested by your line manager.

Personal Requirements:
1. Possess a good secondary education and good command of English.

2. A good working knowledge of MS Office together with experience of using Lotus Notes or alternative email based system, and Glovia, or alternative ERP package.

3. Personable, able to communicate with customers in a confident and helpful manner, able to build trust with the customer and colleagues alike.

4. Able to work and follow systems and procedures in a logical and systematic manner.

5. Good at working as part of a team, sharing information and keeping in contact regularly with the external sales/CSG teams.

6. Willing to be transferred to other position of the team if required.

7. Good organisational skills, able to achieve goals/objectives as an individual and in a team environment.

8. Able to share own expertise, provide guidance and support to other team members.
