1. Company Description

In order to extend our business in China-Asia Pacific and support our network of importers and Customers all over Asia we have recently launched in our factory in Shenzhen and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Asia Pacific technical support to join the team with relevant experience as a similar position.


2. Job purpose and key responsibilities
To insure technical online support with EuroCave Asian Importer’s, China service repair subcontractors and China Customers
o Inquiries recording an follow-up
o Analysis of the problem
o Definition and formalization of the solution
o Formal information of the reserved solution communicate to the end-users
o Manage the field repairs with the subcontractor
o Invoices follow-up with China service repair companies and EuroCave A/S team in France
Ability to manage locally a stock of spare parts
Customer satisfaction survey by phone
Tests of defective spare parts in return
Regular activity report of the local A/S inquiries with Customer support team in France


3. Skills and Specifications
General required skills
? Proven knowledge and 3 years’ experience in Customer service in technical environment
? Comfortable with phone to provide high level of Customer Service support
? Rigorous on the administrative management and follow-up
? Interest in technical subjects
? Experience and involvement regarding problem-solving skills
? To be able to have daily communication and follow-up with French team
? Interest in the wine should be a plus


Computer skills
? Proficient in .xls to record service support services and follow up
? Pack Office 2010
? Comfortable with using Microsoft Outlook.


Language and communication skills
? Mother tong should be Chinese
? Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
? Cantonese would be a plus


Type of Employment and working conditions

? Work may require exceptional travels in China


Education and Qualification
? School degree in electricity-mechanics or equivalent

In France and China, our teams are experts in ERP processes (Sales, Purchases, Finance, and Manufacturing) and implement made-to-measure ERP systems. In France, we are certified as an official training organization. In Indonesia, our in-house team (no outsourcing) manages our infrastructure, develops all specific/made-to-measure ERP functions and is responsible for technical project management.
