职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责工程本部门的分解规划（人员、职责、流程、工作计划等），管理和实施工作;
2、监督和指导部属按规定流程，规范和计划工作，实现部门目标;
3、负责审核批准生产与工艺、流程相关的技术问题和隐患的分析并解决方案，不断提高产品直通率和生产效率;
4、负责组织和协调新品试生产;
5、负责审核生产设备、仪器工装夹具的购买或制作方案;
6、运用取消、合并、重排、简化等手法，对当前制造流程及工艺进行改善和优化;
7、监督和指导技术文件按制度执行的领用、更改、发放存档，确保用准确无误的技术文件指导生产和技术管理;
8、培训和考核本部门人员使其获得工作所需理念，技能和知识。
任职要求：
1、具有5年以上手机和平板制造业管理经验;
2、丰富的项目经验，精通手机、平板行业工程设计、开发及管理;
3、具有试生产及量产的规划管理能力;
4、良好的沟通和协调能力，部门规划能力;
5、熟悉ISO质量体系及相关培训。
