职位描述
岗位职责：
1、拟定公司生产年度计划生产年度规划;负责编制生产管理制度，安全管理制度，并监督实施，保质保量按时完成企业生产目标。
2、 依据公司制度、经营战略，制定与调整年度生产计划、材料预算；综合平衡年度生产任务，制定下达月度生产计划，做到均衡生产。
3、 建立和完善质量管理体制、组织实施并监督、检查生产质量体系的运行，随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题。
4、 监督、落实设备维修部门对生产设备的维修、保养，保证生产现场能够正常生产、设备处于良好状态。
5、 组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广，不断创新，打造企业的核心竞争力。
6、 指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和有关数据。
岗位要求：
1、 电子信息或相关专业专科以上学历，接受过生产管理、企业管理等方面的培训。
2、 5年以上大中型生产制造企业生产管理经验，3年以上生产经理或同岗位工作经验，有电手机平板数码电子行业经验或集团生产者的优先。
3、熟悉生产规程以及质量标准体系的构建。
4、具备良好的生产经营管理理念，组织、沟通、协调能力强。
