Position Description:
1. Control Logistics operation to include processing, incoming and outgoing stock and inventory control to meet the agreed KPI & SOP.
2. Coordinate with vendors, customers and forwarders on shipment arrangements
3. Ensure conformity of workplace hygiene, product quality and on-time performance
4. Listen with internal and external parties for the provision of smooth processing and logistic flow
5. Fulfill daily operational tasks
6. Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) for administration and automated material storage and retrieval
7. Monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse
8. Responsible for solving daily warehouse operation problems.
9. Answer queries or complaints effectively from both internal/ external principals/ customers in a quick manner
10. Prepare daily operational reports with high accuracy and data integrity.
11. Assist to prepare the daily and monthly billing accuracy and summit invoice and statement on time.

Position Requirements:
1. College graduate or above, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines
2. 1~2 years of relevant experience in logistics industry.
3. Professional in WMS management
4. Experience in warehouse operation and operation development is preferable.
5. Experience in maintaining and monitoring the daily productivity and operation output.
6. Familiar with MS Word & Excel is a must.
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

7. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
8. Good command of Chinese & Good at written English
