Responsibilities
- Responsible for the staff cost budgeting and staff cost monitoring / controlling
- Responsible for salary scale review, annual salary survey and making merit review and bonus allocation proposal to

management team
- C&B system optimization, C&B programs designing, and enough communication to employees
- Review HR policy and procedure to be in line with the law and company needs
- Lead performance management review and optimization
- Supervise payroll process and BSS operations and improvements
- Preparing or double check working hours report, analysis and other report, proposal as needed
- Government relations building and maintaining
- Support and cooperate with other HR section facilitate HR mission realization
- Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in HR or related discipline
- 8 yrs or above working experience gained in sizable multi-national company, 5 yrs experience in HR and at least 3 yrs in C&B function
- Knowledge of local Labour Law and Income Tax
- Good Knowledge of C&B related
- Analytical skill
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skill
- Good computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Power point
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Mature, open and honest
- Proactive
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Proficient in Chinese and English, especially in written English
