Job Scope岗位职责：
1、Design the new product from piolet run to mass production, ensuring the smooth completion of the new products and projects.
负责新产品转换及导入的相关设计工作，保证新产品与项目顺利进行；
2、Design the structure of LED display products ;
负责LED显示屏产品的结构设计工作
3、Follow up the mass production
负责产品实现的跟进及指导
4、Sort out all related files during the whole R&D process ;
整理汇整产品研发过程中相关研发文件资料
5、Coach subordinates;
指导相关工程师有序快速的完成任务；
6、other tasks assigned by supervisor ;
完成上级领导安排的其他事务

Qualification任职要求：
1、Male, under 45 years old, university degree, majored in Mechanical engineering and related ;
男， 45岁以下，本科及以上学历，机械、自动化等相关专业；
2、above 15 years relevant experience, familiar with CAD/Solidworks ;
15年以上相关工作经验，熟练使用CAD/Solidworks软件；
3、Good knowledge about physical properties, deformation and surface process of metal materials, well know the process of metal forging、squeeze forming and etc.
熟知各种金属材料的性能、加工、表面处理，精通机加和钣金加工工艺，熟知合金铸造和铝挤压等加工知识；
4、Profound knowledge on LED display, good to have own views ;
对LED显示屏结构有很深的认识，能有自己的见解；
5、5 years in LED display structrual design will be a great advantage ;
有5年以上LED显示屏结构设计经验者优先。
6.Honest, detail-orientation, proactive, sense of responsiblity and a good team player;
