职位描述
Our client is a leading Training provider across the world. Due to continuously growth of business needs, they are now seeking for General Manager.
As General Manager, you are responsible for all centre staff management, customer experience and business performance, you will lead teams to achieve sales target, fully take care of P&L and report to Regional Director. You will drive sales revenue through new customer acquisition, existing students retention etc. You will also need to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standard of the centre. For organization development, you will help to attract, hire, train and motivate staff at all levels, as well as retain star performers. To summarise, you will run and grow a meaningful business with sound financial result through people and service.
To be a successful GM, you will have at least 8 years sales and business development work experience in MNCs, either B2B or B2C; strong sales track record in the past, must have team management experience. Bachelor degree or above. Good command in English both written and spoken. Passion to English training is highly preferred.
