主要工作职责：
1、负责PCBA打样、试产制作跟进，问题点改善验证；
2、工程样品调试、元器件性能参数测试、电子BOM制作、生产试产跟踪及解决生产中产品品质不良问题的改进等工作；
3、完成上级交代的其他任务。

任职资格：
1、大学专科以上学历，电子类相关专业；
2、2年以上LED显示屏厂工作经验，有扎实的模拟电路，数字电路基础，熟悉PCBA生产工艺； ；熟练使用各种测试工具、设备测试各种电子元件技术参数；制作电子BOM表，工程样品制作、调试及新产品的安规认证。
3、熟练使用PADS,PowerPCB,Protel99等PCB设计软件、熟练使用AutoCAD等软件；
4、熟悉LED显示屏的原理及构造，熟悉灵星雨、德普达、诺瓦等LED显示控制系统。

Job Scope
1、Be responsible for PCBA samples, follow up pilot production and improve the verification problem;
2、Test engineering sample and the performance of electronic components, Produce BOM and track pilot run,follow up whole procedure from trial run to final improvement ;
3、Other tasks assigned by line managers ;

Qualifications：
1、Colleague degree or above, major in electronics ;
2、Above 2 years experience in LED display ; Solid foundation of analog circuit and digital ciruit. Familiar with PCBA process ;Able to use testing tools and equipments ; Able to make BOM table and engineering samples, including sample testing and new product safety certification.
3、Well versed with PADS, PowerPCB, Protel90, AutoCAD ;
4、Familiar with the structure and principium of Led DISPLAY, familar with LED display control systerm like LINSN, BSTAR and NOVA ;
