Requirements:
1. Min.3 years experience work on daily consumer products foreign trading industry. Experience on oral care products is preferred, technical knowledge of Oral Care product is a plus
2. Work under pressure/goal oriented/team player/ Organized, efficient/responsible
3. Work independently to liaise with factories and suppliers
4. Able to manage internal customers
5. Big account like, Wal-mart, Target, K-mart account experience is preferred
6. Good at details, with logic thinking
7. Professional English and Chinese written & oral
8. Good at office soft ware,excel, word, power point
9. Project management experience is a must, PM certificate is a plus


Job Responsibilities

1. Be able to read product resign with Pro, 3D, CAD, Solidworks, and turn the design to product
2. Daily communication with US customers to ensure progress
3. Be responsible for new item developing, sourcing new vendor, new product, according concept/design from buyer
4. Manage customers & vendors on daily basis
5. Handling blank sample, Preproduction sample, artwork checking, new mould opening on developing
6. New item order following up, shipping mark checking, inspection arranged, shipment arranged, payment applied
7. Familiar with raw material and open mould process
8. Conversance on license production and license’s vendor requirement
9. Coordinate with R&D, Purchase team, QC Dep to make sure open PO deliver on time with right quality, and deal with Customer complaint
10. Update PO tracking list weekly to USA/UK office. Maintain and update PO tracking list daily
11. Filing artwork, paperwork from vendors/other departments which used for opening PO
12. Vendor's payment request submit and filing
