Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage and monitor a portfolio of SME clients by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, with the objective to maximize the Bank’s profitability, business growth and ensure a quality credit portfolio

- Build and monitor a strong SME customer base with an aim to book high probability loan book with appropriate A/D ratio

- Develop and manage relationship with sourcing channels for SME clients

- Work with CAS/Client Service team to improve service to SME clients and assist transactional product team in trade service product development

- Gather market information and analyze market trend for SMEs, communicate up-to-date market information to the management and work out business strategies

- Supervise and guide direct subordinates in customer solicitation and product sales for SMEs, manage the team to achieve sales target

- Ensure business banking service in compliance with Bank’s policy and regulatory requirement

- Work location is Guangzhou.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate banking with at least 2 years in a managerial role, experience in SME banking service and/or international trade preferred

- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure

- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
