Job Description:
贯彻工序的先进先出生产模式，确保完成生产计划
控制工序的半成品数量，生产质量，并确保工序内盘点无差异
确保公司及车间安全/环境管理制度在本班组的贯彻执行
控制工序内的物料、辅材消耗
确保一定的生产效率并持续改进
负责工序内TPM 活动的推进，指导员工掌握TPM的方法和工具
指导员工按岗位操作要求操作，并做好员工管理与沟通工作
Job Requirement:
中专或以上学历
20人以上带线经验
两年以上相关工作经验
良好的现场管理能力，掌握5S和TPM的方法和工具
良好的语言沟通能力
良好的工作态度和抗压能力
良好的执行力
