Silicon Image is seeking Test Engineer (Simplay Labs)

Responsibilities:

• to support HDMI/MHL/HDCP Standard Certificate Testing in ATC (Authorized Test Center) labs owned by Simplay Labs, works including PC/LCD TV/Monitor/Cell phone customers supporting and daily testing effort, following standard Compliance Testing Spec
• Daily maintain testing equipment, equipment calibration, new software upgrade
• Perform the testing against DUT. Collect test report ready
• Support Customer DUT debugging, firmware upgrading if necessary
• Study CTS Spec, including HDMI/MHL/HDCP
• Correlate the test result with other labs, tune the equipment setting

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree in CS/EE
• 2 year+ Experience in CE products Audio/Video related testing, know-how about Analog/digital video/audio content, such as S-Video, CVBS, HDMI, Dolby,DTS…
• 2 year+ Experience of using high bandwidth(10G+) Scope, Generator, and other Agilent or Tektronics test Equipment.
• 2 year+ Experience with hardware testing or QA job
• Good English communication capability is required
• Experience with HDMI/MHL/Displayport compliance testing is an extra
