RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the UPL Sales Support team to ensure smooth operation and high productivity with client excellence;

· Prepare and process related documentations for loan fulfillment;

· Handle customer’s inquiries and follow up with loan related process and control;

· Coordinate and follow up with internal departments on loan fulfillment and control process;

· Keep abreast of all regulations, credit guidelines and ensure operations are complied with internal and external requirements and control;

· Support the daily and other regular MIS reports

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· College graduate or above with at least 3-4 years of working experience in credit card / insurance / personal lending or related Finance products;

· Work independently, detailed-orientated, and responsible with proactive attitude;

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with experience in team management;

· Self-disciplined with an absolute integrity;

· Proficiency in both Chinese and English;

· Microsoft Excel skill is a must, with a good knowledge of PC application software
