To ensure that factories in the region are assessed, suitable, capable and meet TMS quality and product safety requirements. Monitoring of production (pre and ‘in-line’), working with factories & suppliers to ensure that right quality product is manufactured and shipped.

Job Responsibilities：

• Active involvement in factory assessment, selection, control and improvement.
• Conduct necessary QA activities both pre and during production in order to identify production quality issues early in the product life cycle, & monitoring & verifying factory solution.
• Work with factories, and suppliers, to improve factory base and product execution to consistently meet quality expectations and get thing right first time.
• Provide technical advice and support to TMS and factory management for products, suppliers & factories.
• Work with factories to carry out necessary improvements to meet TMS requirements. Assist to develop strategically important factories’ capabilities. Maintain an accurate factory database.
• Provide technical advice during development meetings, along with other QA team associates, so that potential problems due to design, materials and construction are flagged before mass production.
• Focused working with factories on complex, key item programs to ensure equipment, skill level, production planning and capacity meet all TMS requirements needs prior to production, assisting & monitoring effective problem resolution in factories.
• Monitor factory performance in terms of quality, delivery, efficiency of execution - inc. production laboratory test results, final inspection and serious customer complaints.
• Identify and monitor factory resolving production problems ‘real time’ in factories.

Qualifications:

• Technical expertise in toys, premium & children’s products.
• Proven experience working in factories in production.
• Good basic knowledge in a variety of product areas (as plus/optional).
• Experience in working with direct importing.

Education:

• 5 to 7 years on factory production and quality assurance
• University 3 years degree/bachelors on Production management, or relevant scientific/technical discipline.

Job Knowledge/Skills:

• Analytical and problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, procedures and best practice.
• Good communication and persuasive skills.
• Good spoken and written English, Mandarin (Vietnamese as plus/optional)
